Experimental pop duo YOVA have returned with their fantastic new single, ‘The Dreamcatchers’. The track is crafted around a simple, revolving acoustic guitar chord sequence that evolves alongside the texture of the track throughout. It’s a dreamy track that captures an impressively warped sonic landscape that builds and shifts alongside Jova Radevska’s haunting vocal delivery. It is designed to be “a part immersive, timeless pop anthem and part mini-requiem for a modern world where societal pressures erode our imagination and catch our dreams.” This is the first in a series of three unique interpretations of the song, which is also the title track from their eagerly awaited second album, set to arrive early next year. -Dan Peeke
